La Red Health Center anticipates beginning construction of a 15,000 square foot fully modernized health care facility in late 2010 to expand its clinical services by adding oral health services in order to meet the comprehensive medical, behavioral, and oral health needs of the medically underserved in Sussex County, Delaware.
